I’m Madison Sadler, a Sales Engineer at WP Engine, where I work at the intersection of technology, problem-solving, and people. My role sits between technical depth and real-world application—helping teams understand how platforms work, why they matter, and how to use them effectively.
I grew up in Austin, Texas, a place shaped equally by fast-moving tech and a deeply rooted DIY culture. Being surrounded by builders, musicians, and makers had a lasting influence on how I approach my work: stay curious, learn by doing, and don’t be afraid to take things apart to understand how they work. That mindset still drives me today, whether I’m troubleshooting complex systems or collaborating with customers to solve practical challenges.
I’m especially drawn to problems that don’t come with clear instructions. I enjoy digging into the “why” behind technical decisions, translating complexity into clarity, and continuously refining how things are built and communicated. Over time, this has shaped a career focused on bridging gaps—between tools and users, ideas and execution, and technical detail and business value.
This site is a place to share what I’m building, what I’m learning, and where I’m headed next.
